DAY 1: Remove the bandage after 1-2 hours and wash the tattoo
Apply a thin coat of ointment and remove excess. DO NOT RE-BANDAGE.
Bleeding, swelling, redness, and soreness are normal.
DAYS 2-3: Repeat the cycle of washing and applying ointment 2-3 times per day.
Bleeding, soreness, redness, and swelling will begin to reduce.
DAYS 3-14: Discontinue use of ointment when tattoo begins to feel dry and tight and instead use FRAGRANCE FREE LOTION.
Keep the tattoo clean and moisturized and often as needed.
Dryness, itchiness, scabbing, flaking, and peeling are all are normal.
DO NOT SCRATCH OR PICK
EVERY DAY UNTIL FULLY HEALED (most tattoos heal in 10-21 days):
KEEP THE TATTOO CLEAN. Only touch with clean hands. Do not let dirty surfaces, children, pets, etc touch the tattoo.
STAY OUT OF THE SUN. Do not use sunscreen until after the tattoo is fully healed.
NO SWIMMING or soaking in water, baths, hot tubs, ocean, sauna, surfing, etc until the tattoo is fully healed.
